DB_SQL - Database SQL wrappers and abstraction layer

In general, the DB_SQL wrappers are supplied for Linux, BSD and Windows based SQL servers. The wrappers abstract user API code from the underlaying DB system permitting the user to create and maintain transportable code across multiple platforms.
